More info on our services & meetings: Each service is open to everyone, even Sunday School. During Sunday School the little ones ages birth-teens will go back to their own classrooms & be taught age appropriate lessons. Meanwhile, the adults will enjoy their own Sunday School meeting, lead by Brother Ray Boone, and read over the monthly lessons together. This is a great time to share your thoughts & things that relate to the lesson! The Worship Service will immediately follow Sunday School. The Sunday night meeting is similar to the Sunday morning service, but ends sooner. Youth Group meets during this service, more info on the Youth Night page. The Wednesday Prayer Meeting/Bible Study is the night we get together to pray for each other, and our loved ones, and to study God's Word. All of these services contain Prayer, Music, Laughter, Tears, The Word, Testimony, and GREAT Fellowship!
Offerings & Donations: You do not have to give anything during the offerings if you do not want to. We understand that some of us just can't afford to give much, and that's just fine. All that matters is that you are here, and you are part of our family! If anyone ever needs help financially please let us know, and we will do our best to help you in any way possible. None of us are rich, and we all know what it's like to have hard times! Don't forget to check out the old Bethlehem/Slickaway page on the LINKS page. I have added photos, and information about the pioneer church that was located off of 763, on Stringtown Rd., a.k.a. Slickaway.
Secret Sisters: We do a Secret Sisters activity here, you do not have to join, but it's a very rewarding experience! We each fill out a paper, stating our birthdays & anniversary's, also our favorites. We then get assigned a Secret Sister, whom you will be able to secretly send cards to, or bring gifts for. If you would like to do this please let us know at the end of each year!

DIRECTIONS TO OUR FATHER'S HOUSE..... Make a right onto "Believeth Blvd.. Keep straight and go through the Green Light, which is Jesus Christ. From there, you must turn onto the "Bridge of Faith," which is over troubled waters. When you get off the bridge, make a Right and Keep Straight. You are on the "King's Highway" -- Heaven-Bound. Keep going for three miles: One for the Father, One for the Son and One for the Holy Spirit. Exit off onto "Grace Blvd." From there, make a Right turn on "Gospel Lane ." Keep straight and then make another Right onto "Prayer Road ." As you travel on your way, Yield Not to the traffic on "Temptation Ave." Also, avoid "Sin Street" because it is a DEAD END!! Pass up "Envy Drive," and "Hate Avenue." Also, pass "Hypocrisy Road," "Gossiping Lane," and "Backbiting Blvd." However, you must go down "Long Suffering Lane", "Persecution Street" and "Trials and Tribulations Avenue." But that's all right, because "VICTORY ROAD" is straight ahead ! Amen ! ! !!

You don't have to be from our church to be Baptized with us! Any time you want to be Baptized contact us, and our preacher can Baptize you. The Baptism usually takes place at a local creek. (see Winter's page for an example, off of the LINKS page)

Christmas Tree Blessing Holy Creator of Trees, bless with your abundant grace this our Christmas tree as a symbol of joy. May its evergreen branches be a sign of your never-fading promises. May its colorful lights and ornaments call us to decorate with love our home and our world. May the gifts that surround this tree be symbols of the gifts we have received from the Tree of Christ’s Cross. Holy Christmas tree within our home, may Joy and Peace come and nest in your branches and in our hearts. Amen. - Author Unkown

Loving God, Help us remember the birth of Jesus, that we may share in the song of the angels, the gladness of the shepherds, and worship of the wise men. Close the door of hate and open the door of love all over the world. Let kindness come with every gift and good desires with every greeting. Deliver us from evil by the blessing which Christ brings, and teach us to be merry with clear hearts. May the Christmas morning make us happy to be thy children, and Christmas evening bring us to our beds with grateful thoughts, forgiving and forgiven, for Jesus' sake. Amen. -- Robert Louis Stevenson

As A Baby Jesus Came As a baby Jesus came From His home above He left His throne and who He was To teach us how to love As a baby Jesus came Wrapped in swaddling cloth Willingly took on humanity Though He was one with God As a baby Jesus came To one day grow to be The saviour of the human race People like you and me As a baby Jesus came As God’s eternal light That will never be extinguished But forever shine out bright As a baby Jesus came The hope of eternal life Reconciling us back to God Giving meaning to our lives As a man Jesus died His blood poured out for all Cleansing and forgiving us For to this He was called We thank Him that He came a babe And grew to be a man And for His sacrificial love His nailed scarred feet and hands Through it all we can live on With Jesus Christ our Lord The babe that came that first Christmas Is what we thank Him for © By M.S.Lowndes

The True Meaning Of Christmas Jesus Christ was born this day So many years before He came a servant to the lost Though he was Lord of Lords We celebrate this joyous time Reflecting on His birth Not born in a mansion, but a stable As if He had no worth He came so He could identify With the human heart of man And gave His life as a sacrifice Offering a better plan A plan that reconciles us back To our loving Father God Bringing hope and redemption from Sins ruling iron rod For this is the only reason that we Should celebrate this day To become focused on anything else Would take the meaning away So let’s arise with joy in our hearts And share it with everyone The meaning of Christmas will always be The birth of Jesus – God’s son © By M.S.Lowndes

The Real Reason Excitement and joy are filling the air; The lights add special decor. We're shopping for Christmas gifts everywhere, But are gifts what Christmas is for? The wreaths and the trees and the parties Aren't what we need to convey; It's the birth of our Savior, Jesus, The real reason for this holiday. By Karl and Joanna Fuchs
